Honourable experts and colleagues:

The China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange Week") is co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, and hosted by the Department of Education of Guizhou Province and the Guizhou Foreign Affairs Office, and co-organised by Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO) and the China-ASEAN Centre. The Exchange Week has been held in Guizhou for 15 consecutive years since 2008. It is the only intergovernmental exchange and cooperation platform between China and ASEAN with an education theme. It has positively promoted China-ASEAN education cooperation, facilitating friendly conversations among civil society and strengthening humanistic exchanges. It has made contributions to the service of the construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative". It also contributes to serving the construction of "Belt and Road".

The "China-ASEAN Nursing Higher Education Leaders' Dialogue and Forum", which is the inaugural project of the Exchange Week 2023, is hosted by the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee of the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week and organized by Zunyi Medical University and is tentatively scheduled to be held in Guizhou from 28 August to 1 September 2023 (please refer to the follow-up meeting notice for the exact venue). (Please wait for the notification of the follow-up meeting). The forum will carry out keynote speeches, academic reports, paper exchanges (conference speeches, poster exchanges) and other activities through online and offline methods. We sincerely welcome all experts and nursing colleagues to attend the meeting!

We will be responsible for the lecture guests' accommodation, and catering at the conference venue (GuiZhou Province), However, other costs, including but not limited to the travelling expenses, will be covered by themself. In contrast, other participants' food, accommodation and transport costs will be the responsibility of the sending unit or at their own expense.
